1. Payment Methods

We offer secure and convenient payment options for our customers. Prices and transactions are processed in PLN (Polish Złoty), as displayed at checkout (your bank may apply currency conversion depending on your card/account currency).

Online Transfers & BLIK (Przelewy24) We accept fast online bank transfers from all major Polish banks and BLIK payments via the Przelewy24 secure payment gateway.

Credit & Debit Cards We accept payments via VISA and Mastercard.

  • Security: Your card details are processed securely through our payment service providers in line with industry standards (including PCI DSS). We do not store or have access to your full card information.
  • Strong Customer Authentication (SCA): In accordance with EU payment regulations (PSD2), your bank may require additional verification (e.g., 3D Secure) to complete the payment.
  • Mandatory Operator Information: The payment card operator is PayPro SA Settlement Agent, ul. Bank Transfer (Invoice) For legal entities or customers who prefer direct transfers, we offer payment via traditional bank transfer. Select “Bank Transfer” at checkout to receive an invoice with our bank details. Note: Your order will be dispatched only after the funds have cleared in our bank account (usually 1–2 business days). Please include your Order Number in the payment description.

Installments / Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Where available, you may pay in installments or defer your payment (e.g., PayPo, Alior Raty, mBank Raty) via the Przelewy24 gateway. These options are offered subject to approval by the respective banking/BNPL provider and may require identity verification and/or a credit assessment.

  • How it works: If you select an installment/BNPL option at checkout, you will be redirected to the provider’s secure application flow to complete the approval process.
  • Compliance note: 100 PLUS PL SP. Z O.O. acts solely as the merchant for the purchase of goods. The installment/BNPL service is provided by the selected bank/provider under its own terms and policies.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are pleased to offer delivery across Poland using trusted local couriers (e.g., DPD, InPost). Depending on the selected courier service and product availability, delivery to certain EU destinations may also be available at checkout.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight/dimensions of your order, the delivery destination, and the selected courier service. You will see the final shipping price before you confirm your payment.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (or after installment/BNPL approval).
  • Central Warehouse: To ensure optimal stock availability, orders are dispatched from our central EU warehouse facility.
  • Business Days: Our processing schedule is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.

Delivery Timelines Once your order is handed over to the courier, the estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Standard delivery within Poland: 3–5 business days.
  • Selected EU destinations (where available): 5–10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your specific location, courier capacity, weather conditions, peak periods, and public holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (or SMS) containing your tracking number and a link to trace your shipment. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Unsuccessful Delivery: If the courier cannot find your address or you are not available to receive the package, they will attempt to contact you via the phone number provided or leave a notice (e.g., for InPost Paczkomat pickup). If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional fees.
  • Damaged Packaging: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging. If the box appears significantly damaged, please mention this to the courier immediately and take photos before opening it.
