2.1. The Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2.2. These Terms constitute a Public Offer under the Civil Code of Georgia. The placement of an order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of this offer.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The Terms applicable to your order are those in force at the time of purchase.

3. Product Nature & Medical Disclaimer (Important)

3.1. Wellness Devices: The products sold on this Site (including bioceramic mats, thermal belts, massagers, and accessories) are non-invasive wellness and relaxation devices.
3.2. No Medical Claims: While our products are designed to promote general well-being, improve local circulation, and provide muscle relaxation, they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
3.3. Consult a Doctor: Information provided on this Site is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a physician before using heated or massage devices, especially if you have pre-existing conditions (e.g., pregnancy, implants, acute inflammation, or cardiovascular issues).
3.4. Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any health complications arising from the misuse of the products or failure to consult a medical professional.

4. Ordering Process

4.1. The display of products on the Site is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.
4.2. To place an order, you must add items to your cart and proceed to checkout, providing accurate contact and shipping details.
4.3. The contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email or when the goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability or suspicion of fraud.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1. All prices are indicated in GEL (Georgian Lari) unless otherwise displayed. Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
5.2. We accept payments via VISA / Mastercard and other methods displayed at checkout.
5.3. Payment is processed via a secure third-party payment gateway. The Company does not store your full credit card details.
5.4. Full payment must be received before the goods are dispatched.

6. Delivery

6.1. We deliver products throughout Georgia [and internationally, if applicable].
6.2. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service or force majeure events.
6.3. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the product is handed over to you or a designated third party by the courier.
6.4. Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, you must note this on the delivery receipt or refuse the package.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

7.1. Your right to return products is governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
7.2. Hygiene Exception: Please note that due to hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed goods (such as eye masks, pillows, body belts, etc.) cannot be returned if the factory seal has been broken after delivery, in accordance with the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights.

8. Warranty (Guarantee)

8.1. We provide a commercial warranty for our electronic and bioceramic devices.

Warranty Period: In accordance with the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, all products sold on this Site are covered by a mandatory legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 2 years (24 months) from the date of delivery.
8.2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
8.3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse, dropping, water damage, or unauthorized repair.
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents).
8.4. To claim a warranty service, you must provide the proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
8.5 Burden of Proof:
First 6 Months: Any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 6 months of delivery of the goods shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proved otherwise.
After 6 Months: For the remaining period (from the 7th month up to 2 years), the burden of proof is on the Customer to demonstrate that the defect was present at the time of delivery (e.g., a manufacturing defect).
8.6. Remedies: In case of a lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to have the goods brought into conformity free of charge by repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, the Customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All content on this Site (images, text, logos, product descriptions) is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
10.2. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation.
10.3. If a settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Georgia.
